Hand picked organic Sauvignon Blanc (with a bit of Semillon)
De-stemmed, 5 month skin contact, fermented in the Ceramic Amphora, further matured in seasoned French oak barrels.
Golden peach to the eye. On the nose there's orchard and citrus blossoms (floral), lemongrass (herbal) and aperol (bitter citrus). The palate is refreshingly dry (phenolic) with lingering loquat and banana passionfruit (tropical fruits). Extraordinary aroma and taste with texture and complexity, Approachable Orange wine.
