After skipping a vintage, our much-loved summer red is back. Crafted entirely from Syrah, this vibrant wine uses 100% whole bunch fermentation to encourage a delightful carbonic maceration character—delivering bold colour and flavour without the tannins.

Harvested early to retain lively acidity and freshness, it entices with aromas of wild strawberries, cherries, and a hint of kirsch, balanced by subtle savoury, smoky undertones. Best enjoyed chilled, it’s the perfect companion for warm-weather occasions
