Inspired by the traditional red vermouths of Spain, Casita Miro Vermut is made from Miro wine using Waiheke-grown grapes and infused with a blend of botanicals including chamomile, bay leaf, orange, lemon, pink peppercorns, wormwood, gentian and juniper, with a touch of island-roasted coffee.
Bright and aromatic, with fresh citrus, fragrant herbs and subtle floral notes, the palate balances orange and lemon with earthy bitterness, gentle spice and a delicate roasted finish.
Spanish in spirit, unmistakably Waiheke. Enjoy chilled over ice with a slice of orange, or mix into a Negroni with Casita Miro Gin.
