Brilliant yellow-gold, with a fine beaded effervescence. This sparkling wine is bright, and fruit driven, with bold aromas and flavours of tropical Pineapple, Yellow Peach, Quince paste and sun ripened red apples. The mousse is soft while the finish is crisp and dry.
