Parfait Amour Liqueur means perfect love in French. This is a liqueur that has great potential for the adventurous bartender. The liqueur boasts delicate flavours of rose petal, lavender and orange overlayed with a subtle hint of vanilla and almonds.

45mL Beefeater Gin

Pour the Gin and Parfait Amour into an ice filled Gin Balloon. Top with tonic water and garnish with fresh lime and flower petals

45mL Beefeater Gin

Shaken
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a twisted lime rind to finish.
