The opulently thick and luscious Pedro Ximénez is made from the grape of the same name, dried under the hot Jerez sun until almost raisened, transforming into a sweet elixir where sugar levels sky-rocket and the flavours intensify incredibly. In an attempt to exercise some restraint, this arrives with padlock attached.
