Tasting Notes:

A dry-style rosé that marries classic Provençal winemaking techniques with Waiheke Island’s distinctive terroir and varietals. Crafted from Merlot and Syrah grown on the higher elevations of the Obsidian Vineyard, cooling coastal breezes preserve freshness while generous sunshine works its magic.

The wine entices with flavours of sun-ripened strawberry, raspberry, peach and watermelon. A gentle hint of spice on the finish adds inviting complexity. Dry, fresh and beautifully balanced, it delivers an impressive, lingering mouthfeel.
