Match stick aromas dominates the nose, followed by a swathe of ripe citrus flavours and mineral reduction, a generously flavoured wine that culminates with a fine, persistent, sweet biscuit and citrus-edged finish. Barrique fermented, matured 12 months in 35% new French Oak. Enjoy drinking now, or cellar for 3 to 5 years.
