Bright, piney juniper freshness leads the way with coriander seeds lending a subtle earthy spice and warming citrus notes. 

The unique presence of kombu adds umami depth with lifted sea breeze aromatics.

The finishing touch is delivered by the grains of paradise, which provide a peppery yet floral finale.
