Sauvignon Blanc / Viognier
The only white wine in this collection. 100% coastal Waiheke single parcel wine from the Expatrius headland vineyard on Waiheke's south eastern coast. Sandy (23%) blond loam steep coastal quartz clays in a breezy SW channel combined with meticulous manual viticulture create a wine of texture, poise and enduring intensity. This is a harmonious and distinctive expression of the "migrant" (Advenus) Sauvignon Blanc with a splash of Viognier. Barrel fermented and aged for 5 years before release.
