Tasting Notes:
This Rosé is a Merlot dominant blend offering intense aromas of rose petal infused strawberry compote, watermelon and hints of ginger. A generous palate of fresh red berries, pink grapefruit and Tahitian lime compliment the cirtus backbone. With its crisp lively acidity and a flinty mineralitity this Rosé would match a wide range of summer dishes and experiences.
