Homemade Chili Products on Waiheke Island.
1. CHILI JAM 300ml
More Asian than Cajun, this sweet spicy jam combines chilies, garlic, fresh ginger, limes, sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime leaves to create a sweet yet savoury jam sauce. Perfect for pouring over fish and chicken to grill and as a dipping sauce for spring rolls and dumplings.
2. WHISKEY MARMALADE 300ml
A delicious marmalade combining oranges, lemons, limes, raw sugar and scotch whisky. (No grapefruits in this batch) Great on toast with tasty cheese and for basting over pork roast.
3. KRAZY HOT HONEY 300ml
Sweet with heat, this hot honey is made with pure Waiheke Honey Bee honey, a blend of Manuka, Kanuka, Rewarewa and Waiheke Wild Flowers. Infused with fresh garlic and Waiheke grown organic chilies; Habaneros, Ricottas and some Carolina Reapers, Krazy Hot Honey brings a sweet heat to any dish you add it too. Perfect over chicken, salmon, charcuterie and even ice-cream!
