Building on our inaugural 2017 vintage, we fine-tuned the 2019 to better express our vision of Blanc de Noirs—rich, layered, and textural. Extended lees ageing of just over five years reveals notes of ginger pastry and custard, lifted by a vibrant peachy character.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDespite the vineyard’s elevation and early picking, the wine reaches around 12.5% alcohol.
