Tasting Notes:
Produced from close planted, hand worked vines and low intervention winemaking to allow full expression of vintage and character of site. Hand-harvested, manually basket pressed, natural fermentation and matured for 6 months on lees. Unfined and lightly filtered. A medium bodied, textural white with notes of honeydew melon, stonefruit and toasted almonds. Very limited quantity available.
