The blend of 50% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir and 4% Pinot Meunier is straight out of the Champagne winemaking manual, as is the winemaking and extended lees aging. This Marlborough bubbles is very champagne like in character/style and is without peer at its price point. It has been appropriately recognised with its threepeat Champion Trophy wins for "NZ's Best Value Sparkling" at the 2015 - 2017 and 2018 Champagne & Sparkling World Championships.
