Tasting Notes:
The hand harvested fruit was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks and a small portion lees-aged in seasoned French oak barriques to add greater dimension. It has a fragrant bouquet with characteristic varietal apricot and pear aromas and just a hint of spicy oak. The weighty palate has excellent depth of ripe fruit, a creamy texture and a fine, clean finish.
