Tasting Notes:
Full and ripe bouquet of poached pears, ripe stone-fruits, glazed quince, honeysuckle and exotic spice. Richly concentrated and honey-like mouthfeel. Superb length and luscious finish. Spontaneous fermentation by native vineyard yeasts in a fusion of oak barriques and stainless vats. Stirred on light lees for 5 months. Estate bottled on the 9th of September 2013. Bottle aged for 1 year prior to release. Drinking well now. Bob Campbell 93/100.
