If this is the case, we will contact you via email within 24 hours with an alternative wine or vintage. If you are not happy with what we are able to offer you as an alternative, we will happily refund your purchase amount in full to your nominated bank account within 24 hours.

We use NZWinehome (a specialist wine freight company) to deliver internationally. They deliver in cases of 8, 12 or 15 bottles and these can be of mixed vintages. NZWinehome's freight costs vary with destination and can be found at http://www.nzwinehome.co.nz/deliver_to_countries_gen.php
